BBC The Apprentice winner Lee McQueen is set to support ILC’s New Generation in Claims 2024 conference set for 25 April 2024 at etc venues Manchester.
Sponsored by Carpenters Group and Enterprise, and spearheaded by new ILC New Generation Lead James Lambert of Engage to Succeed, the event aims to support insurers and the wider claims community with their new generation strategies and building the future of talent via multiple channels. This year’s event will specifically explore the ever-present puzzle of External Vs Internal talent focus.
Special guest speaker Lee is the founding Director of Raw Talent Academy & Pheonix51 – award-winning businesses supporting the recruitment of new generation talent into global organisations.
Named Oxfordshire Young Businessperson of the Year 2015 Lee is also a business coach and mentor. Lee has spoken at hundreds of business events as an expert in sales, recruitment and business growth.
Since winning The Apprentice in 2008 Lee has also worked with Further Education organisations across the country to deliver award ceremonies, employability workshops and motivational speeches.
Primed for those in HR functions – talent, learning and development, generalists – as well as operational leaders, the event will offer a full day of high-level insights from specialists within the fields of talent attraction, development and retention, alongside experts within the insurance claims market to provide context and real-world scenarios to consider.
