ClaimsTech set to explore perception Vs reality 


ClaimsTech – The Journey is set to take delegates on a passage where technology and consumer meet, with perception Vs reality put under the spotlight. 

The invite only event, which takes place on 3 July 2024 at etc venues London, will gather together the most influential names within the claimstech/insurtech space to explore how technology can positively affect customer outcomes. 

Split into specialist Home and Property, and Motor streams the event will cover five key stages of the claims process:  

  • Policy choice – buying right & expectations 
  • Notification of loss – how/when a claim is made 
  • Decision time – Triage – which route to take? 
  • Managing the claim – supply chain & customer solutions/communications 
  • Post event – what now? actions, paperwork, checks, settlements etc
