Interest heightens for consumer duty focused event

ILC’s inaugural risk and compliance event themed: Consumers – more than just a duty continues to attract the attentions of key stakeholders from across the industry. 

With names such as Aviva, First Central and Trustpilot already confirmed to share their insights during the event – along with London-based compliance consultancy, Padda Consulting and sector specialist marketing agency, Onyx PDA – the event is set to provide exclusive insights into how insurers and supply chains can work together to optimise the consumer journey whilst continuing to satisfy changing legislation, ever-evolving socio-economic challenges, and business needs. 

The specialist event takes place on Wednesday 15 November at etc.venues Manchester, and already boasts attendance from many of the leading insurers within the claims sector including: Admiral, Ageas, Aioi Nissay Dowa Europe, Aviva, Covea, First Central, Pen Underwriting, and Zurich, whilst suppliers to date include: Allied Universal, Carpenters, DAC Beachcroft, Gemini Accident Repairs, Sedgwick, and Synetiq.  

Further names to feature as part of the agenda will be revealed in the coming weeks.  

The event is aimed at anyone involved in areas such as compliance, customer success, data intelligence and governance within insurers and supply chains, as well as all those with a vested interest in understanding market dynamics and the impacts of legislation such as Consumer Duty on claims such as advisories and analysts.
