More key names added to ClaimsTech agenda

Connie Beasley, Head of Home Claims at First Central and Tim Rankin, Managing Director of AA Accident Assist are the two latest names added to the ClaimsTech – The Journey agenda.

Taking place on 3 July 2024 in London for ClaimsTech – The Journey 2024 will split into specialist Home and Property or Motor technology streams to explore how technology can positively affect customer outcomes.

The two join previously announced leading industry figures:

  • George Beattie, Head of Innovation, CFC
  • Ed Gaze, CIO of Innovative Risk Labs
  • Liz Latter, CEO of Qlaims
  • Steven Williams, Head of EV Strategy, and Telematics and Connected Insurance, DLG

Key sponsors already onboard for the event include: Solera Audatex which is sponsoring the ‘Notification of Loss’ session within the Motor stream, along with Entegral which is aligned with the ‘Managing the Claim’ session. Meanwhile, supporting the Home & Property stream, Synergy Cloud will sponsor the ‘Notification of Loss’ section.

Developed to take attendees on a passage where technology and consumer meet, with perception Vs reality put under the spotlight, the invite only event will gather together the most influential names within the claimstech/insurtech space.

Session themes across both streams will focus on five key stages of the claims process:

– Policy choice – buying right & expectations

– Notification of loss – how/when a claim is made

– Decision time – Triage – which route to take?

– Managing the claim – supply chain & customer solutions/communications

– Post event – what now? actions, paperwork, checks, settlements etc

Further key contributors will be announced in the coming weeks.
