New Generation in Claims Ambassadors announced

Activate Group, Gemini Accident Repair Centres, Kennedys Law and S&G Response have become the first four pioneers of the ILC New Generation in Claims Ambassadors programme.

Bringing even greater impetus to ILC’s New Generation in Claims initiative, the first four Ambassadors – along with sponsors Carpenters and Enterprise – are set to provide their full backing to help make a difference across the sector.

Sue Whyte, ILC CEO said, “How to get better at attracting, developing and retaining talent in our industry is a clear and recurring theme throughout the ILC community and beyond. The New Generation Ambassador programme is a new initiative and an important next step in our community collaboration for this challenging topic – I am delighted to welcome onboard our first cohort.”

New Generation in Claims is focused on not only ensuring the sector is fulfilling the needs of attracting and nurturing young people into kickstarting their careers but so too explore and understand how the sector can become a ‘go to’ destination for fresh, untapped talent pools and alternative skillsets. A key overriding aim is to change the way people respond when people say: ‘we work in insurance’.

As part of the Ambassadors programme, Activate Group, Gemini Accident Repair Centres, Kennedys Law and S&G Response will be showcased at the New Generation in Claims Conference 2024 which takes place on 25 April 2024 at etc venues Manchester.

Sponsored by Carpenters Group and Enterprise, it aims to support insurers and the wider claims community with their new generation strategies and building the future of talent via multiple channels.
