New Generation in Claims survey ready to ‘go live’

ILC’s New Generation in Claims programme in collaboration with Consumer Intelligence and UCAS is ready to ‘go live’ with one of the largest surveys of its kind, focusing on early career perceptions of the insurance claims industry, in the coming weeks.

Backed by an 18 strong cohort of New Generation in Claims Ambassadors – instrumental in helping shape the survey which is anticipated to include circa 1,000 respondents – the survey will help: understand how to reach and attract new generation talent; know how to breakthrough the perceptions of the sector; and learn what new generation talent wants from a career.

The survey findings will be revealed at a pioneering event: ‘Momentum 2025: Learn – Collaborate – Move’ taking place on 1 May 2025 and set to exclusively reveal the findings.

The all-encompassing event in May will include: first sight of the results; key expert highlights; interactive workshops; access to UCAS expertise; plans for next steps; and a full report to takeaway. Various further activity is scheduled prior to the event.

Sue Whyte, CEO of ILC said, “It has been an incredible collaborative effort between Consumer Intelligence, UCAS and all of our Ambassadors to get to this stage with the New Generation in Claims programme. We are now all truly excited about the activity to follow in the coming months leading up to the event.”

ILC’s current New Generation in Claims Ambassadors are: Activate Group, Ageas, Carpenters Group, Crawford, e2e, Enterprise, esure, Gemini ARC, Howden, Innovation Group, Kennedys, NWVA, Policy Expert, Repairify, S&G Response, Solera Audatex, VW Group UK and Zurich Insurance.
