Robertsons unveils complete credit hire service

Robertsons has launched a new end-to-end modular credit hire service.

The complete solution includes: FNOL managed by Robertons; claims monitoring to ensure minimal claim durations and swift resolutions; intervention services to deliver targeted interventions, particularly on high-end claims; credit hire investigation to validate unknown CHOs, verifying claimant need, impecuniosity and hire car possession; GTA and non-GTA payment negotiations; and credit hire fraud detection through intelligence gathering and sharing, and on-site visits.

Customers are able to select any or all modules, providing a fully bespoke service that can be tailored to suit individual needs.
