Taking place on 5 November at 8 Northumberland Avenue, London, the conference, held in association with the Managing General Agents’ Association (MGAA), will bring together senior professionals from across the MGA, insurer, reinsurer, capacity provider and claims supply chain communities to explore the increasingly strategic role of claims in business performance, customer outcomes and long-term growth.

The confirmed speaker programme includes:

Support for the event continues to grow, with Carpenters Group, Prism Claims Group, Vitesse PSP Ltd, Allied Universal and Wilbur confirmed as Gold Sponsors, underlining the industry’s commitment to advancing discussion and collaboration across the MGA claims market.

Stuart Ballantyne, MGA Sector Lead at ILC, said: “Claims continues to move higher up the strategic agenda for MGAs, making it more important than ever that the industry has opportunities to come together, share experiences and discuss future priorities.

“The continued growth of our speaker programme and the support we’re receiving from across the sector demonstrates the value the industry places on these conversations. With expertise spanning MGAs, insurers, capacity providers and specialist service partners, the conference will provide delegates with practical insight into the issues shaping claims in the years ahead.”

Through a combination of presentations, panel discussions and networking opportunities, delegates will explore market trends, technology, operational best practice and the changing demands being placed on MGA claims teams as the sector continues to evolve.
