This week’s Daily Motor News highlights how innovation, customer confidence and collaboration continue to shape the future of the insurance and automotive sectors.

Artificial intelligence remains firmly on the industry agenda, with growing discussion around agentic technologies and the wider impact of AI on insurers and their workforce, while broader analysis from S&P Global’s European Insurance Mid-Year Outlook suggests insurers are well positioned to navigate continued economic uncertainty. Closer to home, Aviva’s customer-first, data-driven claims strategy reinforces the importance of partnerships and data in delivering positive claims outcomes.

Elsewhere, the Financial Conduct Authority has launched a campaign reminding motorists that they do not need to pay to make a car finance complaint, while the latest discussion from ILC Motor Repair – ARC360 on the changing rules of competition explores how new market entrants and evolving business models are reshaping the motor repair landscape.

Alongside developments in vehicle technology, regulation, legal reform and supply chain resilience, this week’s stories provide a timely insight into an industry continuing to adapt through innovation, collaboration and a shared commitment to improving customer outcomes.
