Allianz announces key leadership changes

Allianz has announced a number of changes to its leadership team as it looks to accelerate its growth strategy.

Caroline Johnson has been promoted to Claims Director in the company’s personal lines business, replacing Martin Milliner, while Nicola George has taken over from Mike Crane as Managing Director at the company’s personal lines broker business.

A spokesperson said, “We are making very strong progress on our profitable growth strategy, while keeping our people and customers at the heart of what we do. And it is a particularly exciting time as we roll out the strength of the Allianz brand to the personal lines market.

“As part of that strategic focus, we have brought new leadership into two senior roles to help boost and broaden our market presence. These changes are part of a wider vision of ongoing work to sharpen and improve the way we operate and innovate.

“Caroline Johnson has taken up the Claims Director role in our personal lines business with immediate effect. Caroline has been with us for over a decade in senior claims roles and she has the experience, drive, and leadership skills to develop this fundamental part of our business.

“We also recently announced that Nicola George has replaced Mike Crane as Managing Director at Allianz’s personal lines broker business. She brings invaluable leadership experience and insights into the personal lines broker market.”
