With a focus on customer, technology and innovation, CET oversees the home emergency policies for one in eight households, providing a range of specialist services to the insurance sector.

The business is also one of the UK’s leading providers of subsidence investigation, alongside delivering nationwide drainage investigation and repair services.

Toby Mitchell, CET CRO said, “We are very excited about working with ILC in 2024. ILC provides a fantastic platform for participants from across the insurance claims industry to engage with experts from all parts of the value chain. CET look forward to participating in the conversation, understanding the challenges and uncovering the opportunities.”

Sue Whyte, ILC CEO said, “It is great to welcome CET onboard as an ILC Corporate Partner. The business has been a supporter of ILC’s Home & Property sector for a number of years and building on that relationship via a Corporate Partnership is testament to the strength of the ILC community. We look forward to working closely alongside CET in the future.”
