ARC360 is transitioning to ILC Motor Repair as part of a wider initiative to simplify ILC’s brand structure and strengthen connections across its insurance claims communities.
The change brings the specialist vehicle repair community more clearly within ILC while retaining its existing purpose, events, relationships and commitment to repair professionals and the wider repair supply chain.
ILC Motor Repair will sit within ILC’s Motor Sector as its specialist repair community.
Chris Ashworth, Founder of ILC, said: “ARC360 has established a strong community across the vehicle repair sector and this next step is about making its place within the wider ILC community clearer.
“While the name is changing, its purpose is not. ILC Motor Repair will continue to support the same community, relationships and events, while creating stronger connections with ILC Motor and the wider insurance claims sector.
“Bringing the communities together under a simpler structure will also make it easier for partners and stakeholders to understand how they connect, collaborate and share knowledge across ILC.”
Importantly, the existing community, events and strategic focus will continue under the ILC Motor Repair identity, while the Corporate Partner business model will also remain unchanged.
The transition is currently being rolled out in phases across branding, websites, marketing materials, events and communications, with partners supported throughout. The full transition will be complete by 1 October 2026.
Partners and stakeholders will be supported throughout the transition to maintain consistency and minimise disruption.
The move forms part of ILC’s continued development of a simpler brand framework across its specialist communities. Similar structures will apply elsewhere within ILC, including ILC Property and its specialist community, while ILC’s Mobility in Insurance conference is also set to transition to ILC Motor Mobility.
The transition to ILC Motor Repair provides a clearer identity for the repair community while maintaining its established role within the market and strengthening its connection to the wider ILC insurance claims community.
