Auxillis has announced the launch of Honda Accident Assistance, a dedicated accident management service developed on behalf of Honda UK to support drivers throughout the post-accident journey.
Designed to provide end-to-end support, Honda Accident Assistance offers vehicle recovery, repair coordination, and replacement vehicle hire, all underpinned by a commitment to exceptional customer service. The service integrates with Honda’s nationwide network of approved bodyshops, ensuring vehicles are repaired using genuine Honda parts and to manufacturer specifications.
Andrew Jager, Head of Automotive at Auxillis, said: “Auxillis is extremely proud to work with the globally recognised brand, Honda. Through our dedicated Account Management team, we have worked closely with Honda to build a strategic, insight-led collaboration focused on shared, sustainable growth. United by a commitment to outstanding customer experience, we have combined our expertise to ensure our Accident Assistance solution strengthens the support Honda customers receive after an accident.”
The launch reflects Auxillis’ continued focus on delivering value-driven partnerships across the automotive sector. With over 30 years of expertise, Auxillis – part of the FTSE 250 listed ZIGUP plc – partners with leading insurers, brokers, dealer groups and manufacturers to provide a complete suite of accident aftercare services, including claims management, mobility and repair solutions.
Honda Accident Assistance is a chargeable service delivered by Auxillis on behalf of Honda UK. Customers can access support whether involved in a fault or non-fault incident, benefiting from a streamlined claims experience during what can often be a stressful time.
Established in 1992, Auxillis operates a fleet of 13,000 owned vehicles across 60 types and works with a national repair network of 300 bodyshops. The company’s customer contact operations are based in Peterlee, County Durham.
