Exclusive appoints technology chief

Exclusive Group has appointed Jon Glover as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), a newly created role that will see him lead technology and services strategy across the group’s five divisions.

Jon will take responsibility for technology across Exclusive Law, Exclusive Repair Network (ERN), Exclusive Vehicle Assessors (EVA), Exclusive Technology Solutions (ETS) and Accident Claim Helpline (ACHL).

The position has been established to bring together and accelerate Exclusive Group’s technology roadmap as it scales its integrated end-to-end proposition across an expanding client base.

A key focus will be the group’s IQ Suite platform, which includes FNOL IQ, Repair IQ, Engineering IQ and Payment IQ.

Jon brings close to two decades of technology and product leadership experience spanning the insurance, legal and public sector claims landscape.
