Fix Auto expands Bristol presence

Fix Auto UK has expanded its repair network in Bristol with the appointment of Phoenix Accident Repair Centre, which will now operate as Fix Auto Bristol East.

The addition gives the network a third repair centre serving the city alongside Fix Auto Bristol North and Fix Auto Bristol Central, increasing its presence in the region and adding further repair capacity for insurer, fleet and retail customers.

Owned by Wayne Morgan and John Chancellor, the business operates from a 22,000sqft facility and currently repairs up to 250 vehicles each month, including light commercial vehicles. The site has also been developed to support future growth, with a recent expansion creating a dedicated workflow between two adjoining units.

Wayne said the decision to join the network was driven by the business’s ambition to continue developing its operations.

“We’ve built an enviable reputation for delivering high-quality repairs quickly and consistently. However, like many successful repairers, we remain ambitious and recognise that our business has significant untapped potential.”

He added that joining Fix Auto UK would provide access to additional operational support as the business continues to grow.

Fix Auto Bristol East becomes the latest addition to the group’s UK repair network, which carries out more than 150,000 body repairs each year for insurers, fleet operators and retail customers.
