Fix Auto UK has strengthened its long-standing relationship with Admiral by launching a dedicated co-branded repair centre in Daventry, Northamptonshire.
The Daventry facility, which forms part of Fix Auto UK’s portfolio of wholly owned repair centres, will now operate within Admiral’s co-branded network. The move is designed to support closer collaboration between insurer and repairer while improving the efficiency of the claims and repair journey for customers.
According to the businesses, the development forms part of Admiral’s wider network strategy and is intended to enhance regional repair capacity while delivering greater consistency across repairs and customer service.
The partnership builds on a relationship that has spanned almost a decade, with Fix Auto UK’s network completing tens of thousands of repairs for Admiral policyholders during that period. The companies said the closer operational alignment would support improved repair cycle times, stronger communication and a more seamless customer experience.
Fix Auto UK said its hybrid operating model, combining national scale with locally managed repair centres, enables the business to maintain operational control and adapt quickly to changing insurer requirements.
Customer service also remains a central focus for the organisation, which currently holds a 4.8 Trustpilot rating from more than 23,000 reviews.
Sustainability is another key area within the partnership. Fix Auto UK highlighted ongoing investment in energy-efficient facilities, waste reduction initiatives and the use of recycled materials, supporting Admiral’s wider net zero ambitions for 2040.
The Daventry site will also contribute to workforce development within the sector through continued investment in training and apprenticeships aimed at addressing long-term skills and capacity challenges.
Ian Pugh, Managing Director for the Advantage Group of Companies, said: “This development represents a natural progression of our relationship with Admiral, built on shared values and a clear focus on performance, quality and customer outcomes.
“By further aligning our operational approach, we’re able to remove friction from the repair process, improve efficiency and deliver a more consistent experience for customers, while also supporting Admiral’s broader network strategy.”
Scott McCammon, Head of Motor Repair for Admiral, added: “We’ve worked with Fix Auto UK for nearly a decade and are excited to welcome Daventry into our co-branded repair sites. Admiral customers across Northamptonshire will benefit from Fix Auto’s dedicated capacity and strong operational standards, supporting a consistent, high‑quality repair journey.”
