FMG has joined ILC Motor Repair as its latest Corporate Partner, supporting greater engagement and collaboration across the motor claims and vehicle repair sector.

Established in Huddersfield in 1986, FMG provides incident management and roadside services, delivering 24-hour vehicle and driver support to customers including motor insurers, brokers, managing general agents (MGAs), leasing providers, large corporate fleets, as well as Government agencies and blue-light organisations.

FMG provides both end-to-end outsourced incident management and modular services. Its operations focus on vehicle recovery services, managing the total cost of claims, reducing cycle times and supporting drivers throughout the claims and repair process.

The business is focussed on customer ease, transparency, technology and data insights, bringing together capabilities that support the evolving needs of the insurance sector. This enables FMG to help insurers better understand the customer journey, make more informed decisions and identify opportunities to improve outcomes, while creating simpler and more connected experiences for customers.

Andrew Chandler, Managing Director, FMG, said: “Becoming an ILC Motor Repair Corporate Partner provides FMG with an opportunity to strengthen its engagement with the motor claims and vehicle repair community.

“The partnership will support closer collaboration with organisations from across the sector, providing a valuable forum to share insight, understand different perspectives and contribute to discussions around the challenges and opportunities shaping motor claims.”

Mark Hadaway, ILC Content Director and Co-Founder, ILC Motor Repair, said: “It is great to welcome FMG as an ILC Motor Repair Corporate Partner. FMG’s involvement across the motor claims process means it will bring another valuable perspective to the ILC Motor Repair community.

“The partnership is about gaining ground together to connect, exchange insight and encourage collaboration across motor claims and vehicle repair.”

ILC brings together more than 12,500 insurance claims professionals through conferences, networking events, digital channels and specialist content covering the motor, property, MGA and ClaimsTech sectors. The organisation’s focus remains on informing, connecting and supporting the UK insurance claims community through its ‘better tomorrow’ philosophy.
