iRG signs dynamic sponsorship deal with Cardiff Devils

iRG Repair Group has announced an exciting new partnership with the Cardiff Devils, becoming both a jersey sponsor and the creative force behind a new fan-favourite game-night feature.

The two-part sponsorship sees iRG’s branding proudly displayed on Devils’ jerseys while also backing the launch of The Frost and The Furious – a high-energy, on-ice go-kart race held during the first period break at every home game. Fans compete in teams of two for the chance to win official merchandise, adding an extra layer of entertainment for the sell-out crowds of 3,100 at Cardiff’s Vindico Arena.

“We’re delighted to welcome iRG into the Devils family,” said Katrina Williams, Operations Director at the Cardiff Devils. “Their drive for excellence and commitment to innovation make them the perfect partner for our club.”

Katrina added: “We’re thrilled to have iRG support The Frost and The Furious, which helps us create unique experiences that take the fun of hockey beyond the game. This collaboration not only strengthens the Devils’ sponsorship network but also highlights the powerful connections between elite sport and leading businesses in the region.”

The partnership arrives as the Devils prepare to celebrate their 40th anniversary in 2026, building on a decade of dominance that includes eight major titles and, most recently, becoming only the second British team to win the Continental Cup.

With over 70 games played between August and April and extensive coverage both in person and online, the partnership significantly boosts iRG’s visibility across the UK’s growing ice hockey audience.

Dan Lewis, Financial Director at iRG, said: “As Wales’ largest accident repair group, it made perfect sense to align with the most successful ice hockey team in Wales. Our shared values – innovation, teamwork, and community impact – make this a brilliant match.”

He added: “This partnership allows us to connect with a passionate, family-oriented audience in a meaningful, inclusive environment – while giving our backing to Welsh sport.”
