Mick Jennings, Executive Chairman of NWVA Group, was honoured with a Lifetime Achievement Award at this year’s Professional Recovery Tow Show Awards Dinner, held at Stoneleigh Park.
The accolade recognises his exceptional contribution to the vehicle recovery industry and his unwavering dedication to what is often described as the UK’s fourth emergency service.
“I don’t normally get surprised, but was truly honoured to be recognised with a Lifetime Achievement Award at The Recovery Industry Awards,” said Mick. “Being part of the fourth emergency service and passionate about our 24/7 industry, the award will sit proudly in my office.”
Despite the recognition, Mick was quick to affirm his ongoing commitment to the sector: “I’m not finished yet though – our industry still has a lot of things we’re working on, and I’m proud to be a part of it.”
The award was presented during the prestigious Recovery Industry Awards, a highlight of the annual Professional Recovery Tow Show – the UK’s largest trade show dedicated to the vehicle recovery sector.
Held at Stoneleigh Park in 2025, the event has become the must-attend fixture in the industry calendar. Bringing together recovery professionals, suppliers, and major work providers, the Tow Show offers a platform to showcase the latest vehicle and equipment technologies, product innovations, and industry developments.
Mick’s recognition was a standout moment in an evening that celebrated dedication, excellence and innovation across the profession.
