Rapid Repair Network joins ILC

ILC ARTICLE

ILC has welcomed Rapid Repair Network (RRN) as its latest Motor Repair Corporate Partner, strengthening its engagement with businesses supporting the UK motor insurance claims and vehicle repair sectors.

The partnership brings RRN into the ILC community, providing opportunities to contribute to industry discussions, share operational insight and support collaboration across the motor claims supply chain.

Operating as the UK’s Mobile Bodyshop, RRN delivers vehicle panel repair and replacement services directly to customers’ locations. The BSI-accredited business operates a network of more than 350 mobile repair units, providing 100% UK postcode coverage.

Working with insurers, fleet operators and accident management companies, RRN aims to reduce vehicle downtime, manage claims costs and improve the customer experience through its mobile repair model.

The business also places emphasis on recruitment, training and employee development, alongside the use of technology to support repair management and service delivery.

Sarah Kirkham, Chief Commercial Officer at Rapid Repair Network, said: “Joining ILC as a Motor Repair Corporate Partner provides an opportunity to engage more closely with the wider motor claims community and contribute to conversations about the future of vehicle repair.

“With increasing focus on repair efficiency, vehicle downtime and customer outcomes, collaboration across the claims supply chain is essential. RRN looks forward to sharing its experience of mobile repair and working alongside industry colleagues to support continued progress.”

Mark Hadaway, ILC Content Director and Motor Repair Co-Founder, said: “Rapid Repair Network brings a valuable perspective to the ILC Motor Repair Corporate Partner community, particularly around the role of mobile repair in supporting insurers, repair networks and their customers.

“Understanding the different approaches to repair delivery is an important part of the industry’s ongoing development. Having RRN involved in the conversation will help broaden the exchange of knowledge and experiences as the sector works towards a better tomorrow.”

ILC brings together more than 12,500 insurance claims professionals through conferences, networking events, digital channels and specialist content covering the motor, property, MGA, and ClaimsTech sectors. The organisation’s focus remains on informing, connecting and supporting the UK insurance claims community through its ‘better tomorrow’ philosophy.
