Repairify has strengthened its support for independent workshops through an enhanced collaboration with Launch Tech UK and Ireland, extending access to remote diagnostics, dealer-level tooling and technical expertise.
The UK collaboration builds on an established global relationship between the two businesses and is designed to help workshops manage increasingly complex vehicle technology while reducing downtime and improving repair efficiency.
Under the agreement, Repairify will provide remote diagnostic services to Launch Tech UK and Ireland customers, combining Launch Tech hardware with Repairify’s nationwide diagnostic capability. The support will help workshops complete a broader range of repairs, more efficiently.
Phil Peace, Managing Director at Repairify, said: “This collaboration is about making it easier for workshops to access the expertise they need, exactly when they need it.
“Vehicle technology continues to evolve at pace, and no workshop should have to turn work away because they don’t have access to a particular OEM tool or specialist knowledge.”
The collaboration also supports workshops using Launch Tech UK and Ireland’s Smartlink VCI and Secure Gateway access solutions, reflecting growing demand for technology capable of supporting advanced diagnostics and secure manufacturer systems.
Jon Woolley, Sales and Marketing Director at Launch Tech UK and Ireland, said: “We have a clear focus on what UK workshops need right now. By working more closely together in the UK, we have a real opportunity to help garages access the tools, support, and expertise they need to keep pace and continue delivering for their customers.
“Repairify is an important part of this through the remote diagnostic services it provides to our UK customer base.”
The collaboration comes as diagnostic complexity, secure vehicle systems and access to specialist expertise become increasingly important considerations for independent repairers looking to maintain repair capability across a changing vehicle parc.
