Repairify extends remote support services

ILC ARTICLE

Repairify has unveiled a new end-to-end software support programme that enables its IMI-trained technicians to remotely access the asTech tools repairers are using in the workshop.

This enables the Repairify technicians to remotely view tasks and either provide support through a helpdesk facility or send the job to its remote services team.

Philip Peace, Managing Director, Repairify, said, “We are constantly reviewing how we can improve the speed of our technology and the customer experience. By further developing our fully integrated end-to-end technical solution, we can support clients to overcome technical issues as well as improve our job completion times.”
