Activate Group takes next step in incident reporting


Activate Group has launched Activate Initiate, an incident-reporting application for insurers, fleets, drivers and policyholders.

Initiate combines digital solutions with telephone FNOL to promote efficiency and improve data accuracy.

Its web app allows drivers to submit incident information directly to their insurer by simply filling in a form and submitting appropriate details. This form, which can be customised to suit an individual business’s needs, prompts drivers to upload images of vehicle damage and select the exact location at which the incident occurred. 

Easily integrated with existing systems, Activate Initiate makes it easy to report incidents as soon as they occur and enables the free flow of data in real-time, supporting correct triage, quicker repairs and reduced costs.

Meanwhile, by ensuring the details of any third-parties are captured quickly, the cost of at-fault claims can also be controlled, with Activate Group reporting that it eNOL customers report average savings of £1,500 per at-fault claim.
