AkzoNobel announces a new partnership with leading UK-based vehicle repair group

AkzoNobel has partnered with one of the UK’s largest independent vehicle repair groups, completing a roll-out of their premium Sikkens Autowave 2.0 paint system for Alton Cars, headquartered in Leeds.
Alton Cars, which has partnered with AkzoNobel in the past, cite a superior level of service and support from AkzoNobel’s technical and sales teams as a key reason for returning to the Sikkens vehicle refinish brand.
Within an eight-week window, AkzoNobel installed Sikkens’ Colorbuild priming system, Autowave MM 2.0 basecoat, and Autoclear 2.0 clearcoat across Alton Cars’ network of 15 vehicle repair centres.
AkzoNobel’s technical team is also providing on-site training to ensure Alton Cars gets the highest level of performance from its new Sikkens paint system.
