ILC puts Better Tomorrow mantra into practice 


ILC has set its sights on continued growth to support its community of over 8,000 claims professionals to be ‘Better Tomorrow’ with a restructure. 

2024 will see ILC enter a new phase of development with improved value and better user experiences, alongside enhanced purpose and infrastructure in place to support its growing stakeholder community and portfolio of products.  

Underpinning the change is the desire to provide enhanced service and support to all customers; implement a more robust business framework; and ensure greater strategic alignment across the business.     

Key to the restructure is new CEO, Sue Whyte, who takes on overall responsibility for the business. Further news of the restructure will be shared in the coming weeks. 

Chris Ashworth, founder and NED of ILC said, “The restructure will ensure we continue to offer the high levels of personal service ILC is renowned for. With significant growth in highly valued partners, ILC community members, and our event and content portfolio the changes highlight our commitment to continuing to ensure ILC remains firmly at the heart of the insurance claims sector.”
