Service Certainty through lockdown.

Service Certainty continues to deliver solutions to help manage claims during COVID-19, as we enter a third national lockdown.

Following on from the announcement by the Prime Minister yesterday, we can confirm that in line with the guidelines outlined by these government changes we continue to be here to serve customers with our wide range of solutions, both self- serve digital tools and our networks of Photographers and Drone Operators (Pro’s), who are continuing to work safely to fulfil your needs.

Our thousands of Pro’s each work in tight, local postcode areas and are therefore not travelling large distances and are able to support your field solutions dynamically with immediate eyes on the ground or in the sky (Drones) minimising the need to move through different regions of tiered restrictions.

“The Service Certainty imageproof Pro’s have helped us validate many claims, often arriving within 24-hours of notification. The Pro’s have provided detailed photographs and video surveys to allow us to review and diagnose the cause of damage and initially validate claims, whilst minimising physical customer contact and allowing strict adherence to all current government guidelines.” Mike Mills, Business Services Manager- Innovation Group

In addition to providing this reassurance of our continued service provision, we would like to take this opportunity to remind you that we are here to help in any number of ways, to support your existing workforce or create new solutions, such as the one we recently created for Innovation Group

Paul Sell added;
‘This is one example of many bespoke solutions we have created and mobilised through this turbulent year for so many. The continued lockdown and tier restrictions have accelerated a change in mindset and approach to claims processing, creating a new collaboration between technology and experts for faster, accurate and efficient claims decisions.’
