A growing line-up of senior property claims professionals is set to take to the stage at ILC’s Property Claims Event 2026, reflecting the breadth of expertise that will come together at Telford International Centre on 25-26 November.
The expanded two-day event represents the biggest evolution of ILC’s Property Claims Event to date, combining a multi-stage conference programme with the inaugural Claims Sprint, an enlarged exhibition – for the first time featuring dedicated insurer space, enhanced Welcome Celebration and a meeting of the ILC Property Claims Advisory Board.
The speaker programme now brings together expertise spanning insurer claims leadership, technology, restoration, alternative accommodation, compliance, property repair and operational delivery.
Confirmed speakers include:
- Mike Cooper, Business Development Director, Richfords Fire & Flood
- Keeley Davies, Head of Property Claims, Hiscox
- Fay Farah, Head of Client Operations, DASA
- Sasha Haco, CEO & Co-founder, Unitary Ltd
- Dan Huddart, Chief Technology Officer, Homeprotect
- Christopher Hunt, Chief Operations Officer, SAGIC
- Dane Jardine, Operations Manager, Westone Housing Ltd
- Kellie Leigh, HR & Communications Director, ICAB
- Leanne McGarrity, Director of Property and Casualty Claims, Allianz

- Maddy Shearman, Risk & Compliance Officer, Ecclesiastical Insurance
- Suzy Tiffany, Claims Director, AXA

Collaboration will extend beyond the conference stages through the inaugural Claims Sprint, a team-based problem-solving challenge. Ten insurers – 1st Central, Allianz, Arch Insurance, AXA, Ecclesiastical Insurance, Hastings Direct, Homeprotect, Howden, Policy Expert and Zurich – have already committed to participate.
Insurer involvement will also feature prominently within the expanded exhibition. Accredited Insurance, Ecclesiastical Insurance, Hastings Direct, Howden, Policy Expert and Sagic will become the first insurers to take dedicated exhibition stands at the Property Claims Event.
The event is supported by Headline Sponsor Rainbow Restoration, as well ILC Property Corporate Partners: Cotality, DAC Beachcroft, DASA, Evolution Claims Management, Gateley Smithers Purslow, ICAB, Innovation Group, Masterfix GB Ltd, Nationserv, Perfect Group, Prism Claims Group, Richfords Fire & Flood, Shift Technology, Unitary, Verisk and Westone Housing Ltd.
A3 – Alternative Accommodation Agency and Auger are confirmed as Gold Sponsors alongside Doree Bonner International and MA Group as Silver Sponsors.
With senior speakers representing multiple areas of the claims journey alongside growing insurer participation, the 2026 event is set to provide a broad platform for the property claims community to exchange expertise, develop relationships and collaborate on the challenges facing the market.
