ILC is set to host a specialist subsidence claims conference in 2025 as the sector continues to evolve inline with changing internal and external market dynamics.
Taking place on 8 May 2025 at the British Motor Museum, Gaydon ‘The evolution of subsidence claims’ event will be the third year in succession experts from the home & property insurance claims sector have gathered to explore how the specialist market continues to change.
Featuring a conference, exhibition, networking and ‘technical’ aspects to the day, the event will offer attendees the opportunity to: explore how stakeholders can use periods of lower demand to improve process and innovate; understand how the industry can engage a new generation of subsidence specialists; and gain insight into how the sector continues to evolve in preparation for the future.
Last year’s specialist subsidence event saw over 200 leading influencers from the sector meet, gleaning feedback such as: “One of the best events so far in my opinion”; “Really well attended and the sessions educational and stimulating”; and “Great interaction and gritty debates”.
Alan Soutar, Chair of ILC’s Home & Property Sector, said, “For the past two years, this event has witnessed how significant the importance and evolution of the subsidence sector is. Ensuring we continue to support that transition is core to us at ILC and we’re excited to continue to shape the event to meet those changing needs.”
