Senior figures from across the MGA and insurance markets are set to come together in London this November, with close to 150 leading operators already committed to ILC’s MGA Claims Conference 2026.
Taking place on 5 November at 8 Northumberland Avenue, the conference is once again being held in association with the Managing General Agents’ Association (MGAA). It will bring together professionals representing MGAs, insurers, reinsurers, capacity providers, regulators and the wider claims supply chain.
The strength of industry backing is also reflected in a growing cohort of Gold Sponsors supporting the event: Allied Universal, Carpenters Group, Miss Moneypenny, Prism Claims Group, Vitesse PSP Ltd and Wilbur.
With claims increasingly influencing customer outcomes, operational performance and sustainable growth, the conference will provide a dedicated forum for different parts of the market to exchange perspectives on the continued evolution of the MGA claims model.
The confirmed speaker programme includes:
- Nicki Charles, Chief Customer & Commercial Officer, Policy Expert
- Steve Hardy, Chief Executive Officer, Policy Expert
- Doug Humberstone, Head of Claims, Bridgehaven Insurance
- Paul Jewell, Chief Executive Officer, Bridgehaven Insurance
- Lisa Sturley, Head of Department, Market Interventions, Insurance, Financial Conduct Authority
- Suzy Tiffany, Claims Director, AXA
- Danielle Vella, Head of Claims – UK/Europe, Accredited Insurance
- Anna Vigden, Head of Claims UK & Ireland and South Africa, Swiss Re Corporate Solutions
- Jess Woodhouse, Chief Operating Officer, Homeprotect
The breadth of the line-up will enable claims to be explored from insurer, MGA, capacity, regulatory, operational and customer perspectives, creating opportunities to consider both current challenges and future priorities.
Presentations and panel discussions will be complemented by networking opportunities throughout the event, providing a setting for senior professionals to exchange experience and strengthen relationships across the market.
With more than 150 MGA and insurer representatives already committed, alongside a senior speaker programme and strong sponsor backing, the 2026 conference is set to bring together a significant cross-section of the organisations influencing the future direction of MGA claims.
