ILC is delighted to be supporting the Insurance Golf League (IGL), a new two-day golf event bringing together people from across the insurance and claims sectors while raising money for Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity.
Taking place at The Belfry Hotel & Resort on 28-29 September 2026, the Insurance Golf League has been created to offer something different from the traditional industry golf day, combining competitive golf, networking and fundraising across two days.
The event is being supported by headline sponsor GT Motive, alongside sponsors United Rental Group, Exclusive Law and ILC.
Rather than a conventional 18-hole golf day, the IGL features a structured two-day pairs competition designed to keep every shot relevant.
Day One will see competitors play three different formats across 18 holes – six holes of Scramble, six holes of Better Ball and six holes where both scores count. Performance on the opening day then determines starting position for Day Two, before the top five teams progress to a live final shootout on the 18th hole to decide the overall Insurance Golf League champions.
Importantly, the event will also be supporting Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity, helping to raise funds and awareness for its work supporting families caring for a child with a life-threatening or terminal illness.
Places are limited to just 40 pairs, with entry costing £255 + VAT per player. The package includes a welcome breakfast, shared accommodation with your playing partner, breakfast and entry into both days of competition. A single-room option is also available for a small additional supplement.
