Insurer involvement is reaching new levels at ILC’s Property Claims Event 2026, with 17 insurers participating in the inaugural Claims Sprint and six insurance businesses preparing to exhibit for the first time.
Taking place at Telford International Centre on 25–26 November, the event will bring together insurers, claims leaders, Corporate Partners and supply chain professionals for collaboration, networking and industry insight.
The expanded programme is designed to create more opportunities for the property claims market to connect, with a clear focus for each day:
- Wednesday 25 November – Exclusive Partner Events: Claims Sprint and ILC Property Advisory Board meeting followed by the start of the wider event with an evening Welcome Celebration.
- Thursday 26 November – Conference & Exhibition: Multi-stage conference programme, expanded exhibition and dedicated insurer exhibition space.
A major development for 2026 is the introduction of insurer exhibitors, with Accredited Insurance, Ecclesiastical Insurance, Hastings Direct, Howden, Policy Expert and SAGIC all confirmed to take dedicated exhibition space.
Their involvement will create new opportunities for delegates to engage directly with insurers, strengthen existing relationships and explore collaboration across the property claims supply chain.
Insurer participation will also be central to the opening day.
The inaugural Claims Sprint, an exclusive team-based problem-solving event for ILC Corporate Partners and insurers, has already secured participation from 17 insurers: 1st Central, AA Insurance, Accredited Insurance, Allianz, Arch Insurance, AXA, Covea, Ecclesiastical Insurance, esure, Hastings Direct, Hiscox, Homeprotect, Howden, Lloyds Banking Group, Policy Expert, Sagic and Zurich.
The initiative will bring different organisations together to explore industry-wide challenges, share expertise and develop ideas that could support better claims outcomes.
Wednesday’s programme will also include a meeting of the ILC Property Advisory Board before the newly formatted Welcome Celebration brings the whole community together for an evening of networking ahead of the main conference.
On Thursday 26 November, attention will turn to the expanded Conference & Exhibition, featuring Main, Spotlight and Showcase stages alongside a larger exhibition floorplan.
The conference programme will address some of the biggest operational, technological and customer challenges facing property claims.
Alan Soutar, ILC Property Chair, said: “The level of insurer engagement across this year’s event is particularly exciting. Having 11 insurers involved in the Claims Sprint and six taking dedicated exhibition space demonstrates the appetite for greater collaboration across the property claims community.
“The newly formatted Welcome Celebration will create opportunities for the wider market to come together ahead of Thursday’s conference and exhibition. It’s about making the most of those opportunities to share expertise, strengthen relationships and explore practical improvements.”
The event is supported by Headline Sponsor Rainbow Restoration, alongside ILC Property Corporate Partners Cotality, Crawford & Co, DAC Beachcroft, DASA, Evolution Claims Management, Gateley Smithers Purslow, ICAB, Innovation Group, Masterfix GB Ltd, Nationserv, Perfect Group, Prism Claims Group, Richfords Fire & Flood, Shift Technology, Unitary, Verisk and Westone Housing Ltd.
A3 – Alternative Accommodation Agency and Auger are confirmed as Gold Sponsors, with Doree Bonner International, Geobear, MA Group, Rapid Relocate and VivreStays Ltd supporting the event as Silver Sponsors.
With insurer participation across the Claims Sprint and exhibition, a newly formatted Welcome Celebration and a comprehensive conference programme, the Property Claims Event 2026 is set to bring the industry together for meaningful engagement across both days.
